Rama Krishna Rao elected president; Rajashekar Reddy new General Secretary

Hyderabad: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Credai) Hyderabad announced the appointment of new management committee for the period 2019 to 2021, who will be responsible for spearheading and strengthening the Credai initiatives in Hyderabad and support the development of the sector in the region.

The new team will be led by P Rama Krishna Rao who is elected as the president, V Rajashekar Reddy as General Secretary, C Murali Mohan, K Rajeshwar, V Venu Vinod, N Jaideep Reddy as Vice Presidents, Aditya Gowra as Treasurer and Shivraj Thakur and K. Rambabu as Joint Secretaries and others who will all work together for the betterment of the Hyderabad real estate sector.

The new team set the agenda by announcing increased focus on consumer satisfaction, skill development of the members staff for better efficiency and adherence to ethical standards of operations in real estate industry as the key objectives for this year.

The real estate sectors in Telangana has witnessed a remarkable progress since the formation of the state.

The contribution of Credai has always been immense with their key focus on consumer satisfaction and importance on adherence to ethical building standards, initiatives for skill development and training for the members.

Outlining the agenda of the new executive committee, Ramakrishna Rao, said, "We are taking charge at a very crucial phase of the real estate sector in Telangana State.

The real estate sector in the state is on a threshold of exponential growth as the policies by the government under the leadership of chief minister, K Chandrashekar Rao are pro industry and facilitating growth.
