Bollywood actor Fardeen Khan who was once trolled for his excess weight is now receiving compliments from all corners of Bollywood after shedding almost 16 kilos on just 6 months. He was spotted at casting director Mukesh Chhabra's office in Mumbai and appeared lean and fit. His jaw-dropping transformation made all and sundry go stunned and thus he also turned as an inspiration with his weight loss.

Fardeen Khan spoke to media and shared his journey of weight loss… He doled out, "I had stepped back then. I was happy. It was this year that I wasn't feeling 25 anymore. I wanted to physically feel 25. As you grow older, body degeneration catches up with you. I wanted to feel very, very good again. You need to think about it as a body-mind connection."

He added, "I came across this in some reading I was doing. I started eating right and healthy coupled it with correct workouts. I have lost 18 kg in the last six months, but 35 per cent journey is yet to go in this aspect. In the work that we do in our industry, you are expected to look your best and you indeed want to look your best."

However, in past Fardeen Khan was trolled for his excess weight and also body-shamed for his weight gain. But then he thrashed all the trolls and said that he is not ashamed of his look. Now, with this transformation, he shocked everyone and turned into an inspiration for all the weight watchers.

Fardeen Khan made his debut in the Bollywood with the movie Dulha Mil Gaya in 2010 which had Sushmita Sen in the lead role. Well, Fardeen is also looking to make his comeback to the big screens after owning a fit body.
