Popular Kannada serial "Jothe Jotheyali" which is being telecast on zee TV has got a massive viewership and the actors enjoy a big fan following. The TRP used to get fluctuated between first or second place every week. Now, we hear that there is a big change in the ratings. A new serial which is being telecast now has shown the taste of defeat to the serial "Jothe Jotheyali'.

If a buzz doing the rounds in Kannada tele circles is anything to go by, then the serial "Gattimela" has occupied the first place and "Jothe Jotheyali" has plunged to the third place. The serial "Sathya" which has Sagar Bili Gowda, and Gowthami Jadhav in the star cast has occupied the second place.

This serial started on December 7 and was telecast at 9 pm from Monday to Friday. Director Krishna of RRR Productions has produced this serial which is directed by Swapna Krishna. Senior actors like Srinivas Murthy, Triveni, Abhijit, are in the cast of this serial.

The story of "Jothe Jotheyali" centers around the love between Anu and Aarya and this had to be accepted by Anu's family, in-between Meera Hegde keeps laying stumbling blocks in this love affair, and Anu and Aarya keep clashing with each other. Probably viewers must have got bored by this limited story line.

In the new serial Sathya, the characters, Screen play, and inquisitiveness about who will marry the lead actor might have attracted the attention of viewers. Two more days left to see which serial has topped the charts this week. Let's see if Jothe Jotheyali can regain its lost glory.
