Now, the last phase of the shooting of this movie is pending which is supposed to be held this month. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt who is appearing in the character "Adheera" had to abstain himself for some months from the shooting of this movie after he was diagnosed with lung cancer.

We hear that Sanju Baba, who has recovered from the deadly disease will be coming to Hyderabad in December to finish the remaining portions of his character in KGF Chapter 2.

The Production team had released the look of the character Adheera on the occasion of Sanjay Dutt's birthday and it was lauded by his fans. Fans are anxious to see Sanju's combination with Yash on the screen. Sanjay had expressed his deep gratitude to his fans on social media, saying, "God gives tough battles to his strong soldiers. I am happy that I have won this battle. It would not have happened without your strong confidence and support. During these tough times, my family, my friends, and the fans who are the prime source of my strength have stood by me and I am grateful to all these people. I am indebted to all those who showed me love and showered be with abundant blessings," thus expressed the star. However, the shooting which was supposed to commence in November as per the actor's assurance has been further postponed to December.

KGF Chapter 2 was supposed to hit theatres on October 23 as per the original plan. However, now, we hear that the makers are eyeing Sankranthi release.
