Young actor Nani is quite confident about his next film titled `Jersey,’ a sports drama that is releasing this Friday. The pre-release event of ‘Jersey’ was held in Hyderabad on Monday.

Seasoned star Venkatesh attended the event as a special guest. Venkatesh said "I am not here for the love of cricket, but I was impressed with the film's first look, teaser and trailer. It looks to be an honest film which rarely gets made in Telugu.
I felt happy seeing Nani in this kind of realistic movie. His character demands good acting skills and it is an inspiring movie for all. The film also carries a message that we should not give up our dreams, despite struggles," In his speech, Nani thanked Venkatesh for attending the grand event and heaped praises on him.
"Victory Venkatesh is a favorite actor for every movie buff. When asked to do a multi-starrer, I am waiting to work with Venkatesh garu. Several friends of mine suggested me to work with Venky sir. I am waiting for the right script to make my dream come true.
Jersey is my best work till date and the entire unit will be proud after the film's release" said Nani. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, 'Jersey' features Shraddha Srinath in the heroine's role. Sithara Entertainments produced the film which is releasing on April 19.
