HBD Ramya Krishnan: She Is Introduced As Kamala Reddy In David Reddy

South Indian iconic actress Ramya Krishnan turned a year older and is celebrating her 56th birthday today. On this special occasion, the makers of her next movie ‘David Reddy’ unveiled her first look poster and introduced her as Kamala Reddy.

Even lead actor Manchu Manoj also shared this first look poster and wished Ramya Krishnan on this special occasion. Take a look!

His post reads, “One look. The entire frame belongs to her. Happy Birthday, @meramyakrishnan garu! An honour to share the screen with you! Presenting the ferocious #KamalaReddy from #DavidReddy. Just wait till you see her in action. #HBDRamyaKrishnan garu”.

Well, Ramya Krishnan looked ferocious holding a sword. Her intense appeal and the dead bodies beneath her legs along with the horse in the backdrop reminded us of the intensity she brought to her iconic role as Sivagami in Baahubali. In Baahubali, she was portrayed as Shivagami and in David Reddy, she is essaying the role of Kamala Reddy. But the same intensity and the anger in her eyes made the poster worth watching.

David Reddy is being helmed by Hanuma Reddy Yakkanti and is being bankrolled by Motukuri Bharath and Nallagangula Venkat Reddy under the Tru Redix banner. It has an ensemble cast of Abhay Deol, Soundous Moufakir, Samuthirakani, Maria Ryaboshapka and Radhakrishnan Parthiban.

On the other hand, Ramya Krishnan is all known for her versatility and is entertaining audience from past 4 decades. From Ammoru and Gharana Bullodu to Chandralekha and Narasimha, she has delivered memorable performances and made every role her own with her commanding screen presence.

Even after transforming herself from heroine to a supporting actress, she created a niche and aced the big screens in Baahubali, Baahubali 2, Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam, Shailaja Reddy Alludu, Guntur Kaaram and Bangarraju movies.

As of now, she is busy with handful of movies. Along with essaying a prominent role in David Reddy, she is also part of Paakashala Pantham, Sri Sri, Lubber Pandhu Telugu, Raaka, Queen and a few other untitled movies.
