Will Rajamouli Follow Nani And Skip Varanasi Trailer?

It is well known that Nani’s Paradise movie is scheduled to hit the theatres on 24th September, 2026. But due to the time constraints, the team is not able to deliver the trailer. Nevertheless, they are now busy with post-production and RR works and spending hours together in the studio for that right output. Although the makers are not able to launch the trailer, Nani’s Paradise has a constant buzz on social media.

Well, now Tollywood’s iconic filmmaker Rajamouli is also expected to follow Nani as he is also in thoughts to skip the trailer launch to make the audience await for the bigger surprise on the big screens. According to the sources, 98% of Varanasi’s shoot is wrapped up except Mahesh Babu’s introduction sequence. As it is scheduled to be shot later, as of now, the makers have also started their dubbing sessions.

As Rajamouli is determined to bag more Oscars with Varanasi, this time, he is trying to change the complete promotional strategy by skipping the traditional promotional formula. Right from first look posters to the teaser and the trailer, he wants to change the order adding a new dimension to his promotional tours.

He already proved it by revealing the first look posters of lead actors Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran ahead of the title launch itself. And even the title launch event was also held at Ramoji Film City just like the grandeur pre-release event having the complete cast on the stage.

Well, Rajamouli also gave many interviews to the International media along with his lead cast in the last couple of months and made the movie to trend continuously on the global stage.

One more important thing that Rajamouli wants to hide from the media is Mahesh Babu’s Lord Sriram look/appearance. Well, Varanasi also has Prakash Raj in the prominent role and the makers also made us witness aggressive form of Goddess Chinna Mastani Devi in the glimpse. So, each and every element of this movie is creating a special buzz on social media making us eagerly await for the movie.

Varanasi is being bankrolled by K. L. Narayana and S. S. Karthikeya under the Sri Durga Arts and Showing Business banners. While the movie is being made with a whopping budget of Rs 1400 crores. It will hit the theatres on 7th April, 2027. As the major shoot being wrapped up, the makers will soon begin their promotions in India and abroad too.
