As we face the first Unlock of Lockdown, we are returning to some sense of normalcy, but I urge you to be careful especially when it comes to your food. Therefore, it is very important that you take precautions when you eat outside food. All my clients are asking me what can they carry or give their family members who are stepping out to work as eating food from outside is still not a safe option. So don't wrack your brains as I have prepared a list for you ladies to ease your life.

. Idli + sambhar with vegetables + coconut chutney + podi with ghee,

. Uttapam with Onion tomato capsicum + sambhar with vegetables + coconut chutney,

. Whole wheat Roti + seasonal sabzi (Bhindi, Tindli, Parwal, Brinjal, Karela, Pumpkin, Capsicum Carrot Onion, Hari chawli, Cabbage)

. Poha with onion tomato and peas,

. upma with onion french beans and peas and peanuts,

. Stuffed vegetable paratha (mix veg) + vegetable raita,

. Onion Tomato Salad + Moong Dal Khichdi + Vegetables (french bean onion carrot etc)

. Egg Bhurjee with onion tomato capsicum + Roti or Bread

. Onion Tomato Cucumber Salad + Lemon Rice + podi with ghee

. Pav bhaji topped with onions + whole wheat bread slices

. Paneer Bhurjee with onion tomato capsicum + Roti or Bread

. Onion Tomato Salad + Puligree Rice

. Sambhar with veggies + rice + podi with ghee

. Onion Cucumber Salad + Tomato Rice + podi with ghee

. Moong dal uttapam with onion tomato mix peppers grated doodhi

. Onion Tomato Salad + Puntikura Channa Dal with Spinach + Ragi Roti

. Onion Tomato Raita + Vegetable Biryani + podi with ghee

. Curd rice with grated white gourd + podi with ghee

. Patoli (mix veggies like french bean, cluster bean with crumbled Bengal gram) + steamed rice

. Green gram with ridge gourd + Steamed rice

. Whole grain sandwich with onion tomato cucumber + hummus

. have added podis with most of your meals they can be coriander leaves, curry leaves, mulgapodi popularly known as gunpowder, sesame seeds, or a plain podi chutney as it is rich in healing spices. Please make sure you cook your food in good quality fats with organic spices.
