Anantapur: On directives from the District Collector, Trainee Collector Suyash Kumar, IAS, and Municipal Corporation Commissioner M Jaswanth Rao reviewed the ‘Chitragupta’ mobile application at the AMC office.
Detailed discussions focused on upgrading the app to ensure faster, transparent, and hassle-free civic services for citizens.
Plans were formulated to integrate various municipal services into the application, enabling fully online service delivery and reducing manual processes.
Town Planning Officer Omkar, Municipal Health Officer Dr Raja Ravindranath Chowdary, and other municipal staff members participated in the meeting to discuss departmental integration strategies.
