Corporator responds to pleas, takes up nala work
During works, Nasreen Sultana interacted with locals and asked them to cooperate with the works. She instructed the contractor to complete the works on time and also asked them to ensure that the people wouldn’t face any inconvenience during the works as the Ramzan is going on.
Talabkatta: Following regular complaints from the residents about the drainage problems near Labour Adda, Aman Nagar in Talabkatta division, local Corporator of Talab Chanchalam division Nasreen Sultana asked the GHMC to start the desilting work of nala and to ensure the locals that the problem would be solved as early as possible.
Due to the filling up of garbage in the nala, the surrounding areas are facing drainage leakage, and it has become a common problem in area. After several complaints by the residents to the corporator and GHMC regarding the issue, the corporator initiated action on cleaning of drainage and desilting of nala in the area.
