Drunk school bus driver caught in surprise check

A bus driver of Jesus Mary High School in Kardanur village was found drunk on Wednesday following a joint drive of checking school buses taken up by the Transport department and the Traffic police in the evening near Novapan Crossroads during which surprise checks were conducted.
The bus was seized and the driver taken into custody. Department officer Venukumar, Traffic CI, MVI Raza Mohammad, along with their staff, participated in the drive.
