Hyderabad: The High Court Chief Justice bench heard the Public Interest Litigation filed by Panjala Suresh Goud alleging that some land grabbers and their henchmen were occupying government Bhoodhan lands situated at Rangapuram village in Bibinagar mandal of Yadadri-Bhongir district.
The petitioner's counsel, Rapolu Bhaskar, requested the court to direct the State government to conduct an enquiry into the land grabbing charges.
The Chief Justice bench, in this regard, issued notices to the Telangana Chief Secretary, DGP, Army Chief, CCLA and other respondents in the case
