KT Rama Rao
Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao on Friday welcomed the High Court verdict on disqualification of Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender and expressed confidence that all other MLAs will also meet the same fate.
Taking to X, the BRS working president said: “BRS MLA Danam Nagendar who defected to Congress got disqualified by the High Court today.
The rest of the defectors will also meet the same fate soon. “Satyameva Jayate”.”
On the allegations of KCR’s family holding properties worth Rs 1 lakh crore by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, the BRS working president said: “Even though there isn’t even a single per cent of truth in the allegations you’ve made, I am making you an offer. I am throwing a challenge at you regarding the malicious propaganda you are deliberately spreading about our family owning land worth one lakh crore rupees.
We are ready to sign over all our assets to you. Will you deposit one lakh crore rupees into the accounts of the state’s poor? If you agree to immediately deposit one lakh crore rupees into the accounts of Telangana’s poor, we will hand over every inch of land registered in our names. Otherwise... stop this absurd propaganda right now, rub your nose to the ground in apology, and seek forgiveness.”
The BRS leader further said, “Now that your long-standing malicious campaign claiming we own a thousand-acre farmhouse has backfired, aren’t you ashamed to spread this new lie about KCR’s family owning land worth one lakh crore? Even after personally admitting in the Assembly that KCR’s agricultural farm spans only 67 acres, are you weaving fabricated tales again out of sheer malice? The people of Telangana have realized
that you are orchestrating this conspiracy solely to divert attention from the failures of your thousand-day administration.”
