Hyderabad: The TRS party has no right to ask votes to the people when the government failed to hand over double bedroom houses to the people, said Union Minister for State Home Affairs Kishan Reddy.

During the party campaign at Golnaka in the city, Kishan Reddy said that the TRS party has laid the foundation stone for the construction of double bedroom houses in Golnaka before the last GHMC elections and has not begun its construction so far. "Fearing of people confronting the party leaders, the plaque has been removed," Reddy said.

"During the last elections, BJP had won four seats in GHMC elections and now, the people are more confident of BJP which would make the saffron party win in the elections," the minister said exuding confidence.

Meanwhile, the party-state chief Bandi Sanjay instructed the party leaders to organize 'Basti Nidra' in GHMC limits on Tuesday. He called all the senior leaders to sleep in the 'Basti' like a common man to mingle with the people and learn their problems.
