Graduates can enrol even after Nov 6: DC
In Short
According to the schedule issued earlier by the Election Commission for preparing a fresh electoral roll, November 6, 2026, was fixed as the last date for submitting Form-18 applications.

District Collector Chandra Shekar
Nalgonda: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has clarified that eligible graduates seeking enrolment as voters in the Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduates’ Constituency can submit Form-18 even after the November 6 deadline, District CollectorChandra Shekar said.
According to the schedule issued earlier by the Election Commission for preparing a fresh electoral roll, November 6, 2026, was fixed as the last date for submitting Form-18 applications. The draft electoral roll will be published on November 25, while objections and claims will be received from November 25 to December 10. The final electoral roll is scheduled to be published on December 30.
However, to avoid confusion among prospective voters regarding the submission of Form-18 applications, the Election Commission
has issued further clarification, the Collector stated.
The Collector explained that eligible graduates can submit Form-18 applications during the claims and objections period from November 25 to December 10. Applications can also be submitted after the publication of the final electoral roll on December 30, up to the last date for filing nominations for the Graduates’ Constituency election.
The Collector urged eligible graduates residing within the Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduates’ Constituency to make use of these opportunities to register themselves as voters.
The clarification is expected to benefit eligible graduates who could not submit their applications before the initial November 6 deadline.
