Nellore Police
Nellore: Police have served 41A notices to 19 YSRCP leaders in connection with a protest rally held at Indukurpet on August 10, 2026, against alleged irregularities in District Selection Committee (DSC) recruitment process.
As part of the case registered at Indukurpet police station, former Minister and YSRCP State PAC member Nallapareddy Prasanna Kumar Reddy, along with several other party leaders, appeared before police on Wednesday and received notices.
Party leaders, who received notices, include YSRCP State CEC member Pernati Shyam Prasad Reddy, Kovur constituency in-charge Konduru Anil Babu and others.
YSRCP leaders alleged that registering cases against them, who were peacefully protesting on behalf of the public against alleged DSC irregularities, amounted to an attempt to suppress their democratic rights.
