Vijayawada: Vega Jewellers Managing Director Naveen Vanama has announced that ‘Raga Dandiya Utsav 2.0’ will be organised on October 17 at SS Convention Hall on MG Road in Vijayawada as part of the Navaratri celebrations.
Speaking to the media at the Vega Jewellers showroom in Labbipet on Thursday, he said the mega cultural event, organised by Vega Jewellers in association with V Vibe, would begin at 7 pm.
Assembly Deputy Speaker Kanumuru Raghurama Krishna Raju will attend as the chief guest and inaugurate the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
The event will feature special dance performances by Bigg Boss fame Uday Master and his team, music by two DJs, traditional Punjabi dhol performances and Dandiya dances by participants in colourful traditional attire.
