One killed and 15 injured after jeep turtles in Visakhapatnam
In a ghastly road accident that took place near Panasputtu in Munchingiputti mandal of Visakhapatnam district, one person was killed and 15 were injured.
In a ghastly road accident that took place near Panasputtu in Munchingiputti Mandal of Visakhapatnam district, one person was killed and 15 were injured. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment after the accident. The accident took place when a jeep overturned at the Panasputtu cross while 20 people were on their way from Pedabayalu of Gudugupalli Mandal to Kenduguda in Odisha to offer prayers.
The deceased has been identified as Korra Seethamma (58) while seriously injured child Lavanya is undergoing treatment at KGH in Visakhapatnam.
The police have reached the spot and examined the situation, filed the case and investigating the further. On the other hand, it has been noted that many accidents have been witnessed in Visakhapatnam from the last few months. The latest accident was a shocking one as the victims have been going to offer thanks to God in Odisha.
