Principal Dr P Ravikumar said that the competition was held for the third and second year students in the Department of Electrical and Electronics to find creative and universal solutions for the issues being faced by society and provide best alternative that consume less power but efficient in functionality.

Dr A Purnachandra Rao, head of Department of EEE, said that the mini-project of door alarm received first prize, while power failure alarm won second prize and smart street lighting system bagged third prize.

In the competition, NV Prasad worked as convener and the teaching and non-teaching staff from the department appreciated the winners.
