He participated as the chief guest in Badam Bala Krishna Eye Bank’s 11th anniversary celebrations on the eye bank premises. Speaking on the occasion, Yandamuri informed that every year there was a need for two lakhs corneas in our state. Speaking on the occasion, Badam Bala Krishna Eye Bank chairman Bala Krishna urged the people to donate eyes as they were precious and cannot be produced outside. He further told that to run this eye bank they need the support of the donors. Later, the organisers felicitated the motivators who motivated people to donate their eyes.
