Chiranjeevi, who has performed many dare-devil action scenes in his acting career, had a slightly embarrassing accident at Avanthinagar in Kakinada rural mandal in Andhra Pradesh. When the minister was about to get on a boat, a group of journalists rushed to take his photograph. As a result, the boat tilted and the minister fell into the water.

After the Centre's decision to form Telangana, Chiranjeevi showed his humble side when he faced the ire of united-Andhra Pradesh supporters who gheraoed him and demanded that he resign from his post. He got down from the car and the protesters saying he strongly opposed the bifurcation of the state.

Irked by Tourism Minister's non-action against the Telangana decision, Samaikyandhra Students’ JAC on August 6, 2013, unleashed an action plan to boycott films starring Chiranjeevi's family, including the ones with Ram Charan Teja and Pawan Kalyan.

Showing solidarity with anti-Telangana groups, Chiranjeevi submitted his resignation, which was rejected by Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar.

Telugu actor Ram Charan Teja's security beating up software engineers near Banjara Hills in Hyderabad. Ram Charan’s car was blocked by a Maruti Alto from taking a free left turn at a signal. Despite sounding the horn repeatedly, the Maruti did not give way.

Ram Charan reportedly got down from his car and shouted at engineer Phanish and his friend Kalyan who was in the car. Phanish alleged that the actor manhandled both of them. After the traffic cleared, Ram Charan moved his car a few metres away, and called his security guards. Six of them reached the spot and beat the techies up, Phanish alleged.

The State Human Rights Commission on August took up the petition filed against actor Ram Charan Teja who has been accused of physically assaulting two techies. Later, film star came out with his version of the story. Ram claimed he did no wrong and denied their was any tussle. He said the pictures were morphed by a photographer.

The release of Ram Charan's big budget action movie 'Yevadu' is delayed. Expectations are high on the movie after his latest Bollywood flick Zanjeer bombed at the box office. The first look, trailers of Yevadu have already raked up the expectations over the film.

Though 'Yevadu' was ready for release by July 25, after all flips, the movie is set to release on December 19, two months from now.
