Bifurcation quagmires real-estate boom

The real-estate business in Hyderabad stalled with the advanced moves towards the bifurcation of the state of Andhra Pradesh. The rates of plots and flats have been stagnated and raised a question in the minds of both the realtors and the land aspirants of their next course of action.
The realtors in general obtain loans for the construction of apartments and are obliged to pay high interest rates. But, at present, they are not even in a position to earn the profits to substitute the interest which they pay towards the loan amount. The realtors of Hyderabad are with a hope that they will have good time once the bifurcation process is completed. Conversely, the investors are also with the same hope that the prices will come down once the process of state bifurcation is over.

The realtors of Hyderabad are in a quandary whether to sell the assets at a lower cost or to wait till the final verdict. In a similar vein, the investors are also in dilemma. Form both sides; the bifurcation of the state has become a quagmire to the real-estate business.
The prices are at their high in few places of Seeamndhra region, which are the probable capital cities of residual Andhra Pradesh. Guntur, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Ongole, Kurnool, Rajahmundry and Tirupati are the few places at which the real-estate business in boom.
