Hyderabad: Palle Raghunatha Reddy addressed the assembly house on Thursday and said the process of bifurcation has been initiated after cutting the throats of the Seemandhra people. Salient features of his speech are as follows:- Jagan said YSRCP has a respect for the feelings of the Telangana people in Idupulapaya; and Vijayamma said the party is in favour of formation of Telangana in Parakala.
- Jagan is favoring state bifurcation in the guise of Samaikyandhra.
- There are as many as 23 demands for separate states in India.
- Even if the state assembly passed the resolution for bifurcating UP, it was thrown in dustbin then why bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh state has been undertaken, even though there is no such resolution passed by Andhra Pradesh state assembly.
- Andhra Pradesh was formed following the resolution of the existing two state assemblies.
- There is no such word called joint capital in the constitution of Indian republic.
- It is unethical to handover the state capital to the bifurcating part.
- How the security of Seemandhra people residing in Hyderabad would be ensured after state bifurcation?
The bill is opposed which is against the feelings of Seemandhra people.
