Hyderabad: The YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and another MP of the same party, Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy revoked the no confidence notice issued to the Speaker of Loksabha, Meira Kumar. Of late, this incident has come into light.

MPs hailing from Seemandhra region from almost all parties have issued no confidence notices to the Loksabha speaker during the first spell of winter session of Parliament. The, VR Ramesh informed the Telugu Desam Party MP of Rajya Sabha that the YSRCP duo has withdrawn their notice in his letter to the latter.

It is learnt that the Telugu Desam Party Rajya Sabha member, CM Ramesh has sought information from coordinating secretary of Loksabha VR Ramesh regarding the list of MPs who submitted no confidence notices. In his reply, VR Ramesh informed CM Ramesh that the YSRCP duo has withdrawn their notices even before December 12, 2013, when the no confidence motion was scheduled to be taken for consideration. The reply letter was circulated among the MLAs of the state assembly by MP CM Ramesh, according to the sources.

A new discussion is now making rounds in the political circles that with the fear of going back to jail once again only, YS Jagan has revoked his notice.
