AP Reorganisation Bill: 9,024 proposals for amendments received
For the first time in the history of country, 9,024 proposals have been received to amend the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Bill.
Speaker Nadendla Manohar announced this in the Assembly today. He also said that the copies of the amendments will be sent to legislators of all the parties.
The Andhra Pradesh Assembly has been a scene of chaos with leaders engaging in a verbal duel over the Telangana Bill. Now, how the debate will be conducted on the amendments can be imagined.
