PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana slammed Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy for demanding to send the Telangana bill back to the President.
Botsa said that he has written to the Speaker asking for every member in the Assembly to be given a chance to speak.
We only asked for a debate on the bill. How can we claim it's not a billl and send it back? he quipped.
Botsa reportedly made these statements during a meeting with Seemandhra Congress leaders. The PCC chief maintained that there should be a resolution and a voting on the Bill.
