Hyderabad: The former speaker of state assembly, Suresh Reddy wrote a letter to the in attendance speaker of the state assembly, Nadendla Manohar, concerning the notice issued by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Kiran Kumar Reffy demanding to send the Telangana draft bill back to the president of India. Suresh Reddy mentioned that rules are to be verified strictly, before taking the notice into consideration.
It is worth mentioning here that several members including Deputy Chief Minister Damodar Raja Narasimha, Ministers Geetha Reddy, Saraiah, Sridhar Babu and Chief Whip Gandra Venkataramana Reddy surrounded the Speaker's podium when the Assembly resumed its sessions on Monday.

This is the first time a Deputy CM created a ruckus at the Speaker's podium. Amid the din, the speaker adjourned the proceedings for half an hour within five minutes after the session began at 9 am.
Speaker Nadendla Manohar rejected the adjournment motions moved by the TDP and the YSRCP on the state division issue and sought to take it up during the Question Hour.
