Hyderabad: BJP leader Indrasena Reddy on Tuesday filed an additional affidavit before the High Court pointing out that actor Mohan Babu had not only used the Padma award reference in the film ‘Denikaina Ready’ but also earlier.
He filed documents to show that Lakshmi Prasanna Films was owned by the actor and another instance of the use of the title was in a film ‘Jhumandi Nadam’. The bench granted a week’s time to the actor to file his counter to the fresh set of facts and the main case filed against him for use of the title of the Padma awards.
