Karimnagar: Two RTC Buses Collide; 20 Injured. Early Saturday on Karimnagar-Warangal highway near Edulagattupalli of Manakondur mandal in Karimnagar district, two buses smashed together. In this accident, as many as 20 passengers sustained injuries. The victims have been rushed to Karimnagar hospital by an Ambulance.

As the two buses got struck on a narrow bridge, for almost 2 hours there was a heavy traffic snarl-up. The local Sub Inspector of Police Marepalli Raju reached the spot and with the help of local people and JCBs, he ensured removal of the buses from the spot of accident to make a way for the movement of the vehicles. One of the two buses was on its way to Warangal with 35 passengers in it. The other bus was coming from Medaram and was carrying 45 passengers.
