Hyderabad: R. Krishnaiah, the state president of BC Welfare Association, on Fridaycalled on Digvijay Singh, the Congress Party in charge of State Affairs of Andhra Pradesh. He urged Diggy to allocate 50% seats for BCs in looming general elections and in statutory institutions.
Krishnaniah also urged Diggy to implement a BC sub-plan with Rs 20Cr. Digvijay has promised him that the Congress Party High Command would consider his demands. Later, Diggy urged the people to give a victory for Congress Party in the frightening elections. Further, he said it was up to their High Command to decide whom to give the Chief Minister post.
