Hyderabad: Vattijonnala Brahma Reddy, a member of Bar Council on Monday has demanded for the establishment of Andhra Pradesh State High Court bench in between Vijayawada and Guntur.
He said that they would not tolerate the situation, if the government takes sides in the establishment of high court benches unjustifiably, post state bifurcation. He said the government will not be in a position to handle the circumstances to control them as they will opt the unique way of protest.
He said why there was a delay in the setting up of a High Court Bench in between Guntur and Vijayawada, once already there were benches established in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka which have a less number of cases as compared to the said region.
