Jagan targets Naidu, calls him ‘big liar’, N Chandrababu Naidu, Jagan targets Naidu. He introduced Pinepe Viswaroop as the Lok Sabha candidate for Amalapuram and Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose as the nominee for Ramachandrapuram Assembly seat.

Rajahmundry: ‘Sixty-fiveyear- old N Chandrababu Naidu is giving false assurances to people, as he knows that it is his last election. I am 25 years younger to him and I would not give such assurances as I have to spend at least another 30 years in politics’, YSRCP president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy stated here on Thursday. The MP made it clear that he inherited credibility from his father. Recalling Naidu’s assurance of waiving loans of farmers and Dwacra women, he questioned on how Rs 1.6 lakh crore loans could be waived when the State’s income was Rs 1.25 lakh crore. Even the Centre waived loans of only Rs 12,000 crore.

Jagan faulted the TDP chief for announcing one job for each house. Stating that only 20 lakh jobs were given in the State after the Independence, he wondered how could Babu provide jobs to three crore people (the number houses). He termed Naidu ‘dishonest’, ‘lacking credibility’ and a ‘big liar’, recalling how he did not honour the promise of banning liquor when he became chief minister. Describing the YSR rule as a ‘golden era’, Jagan stated that his late father had proved that politics was nothing but heeding the heartbeat of the poor. “One out of 8.5 crore people of the State will be blessed by God to govern the State. Voters should opt for the leader who can hear the heartbeat of the poor and who can live in the hearts of the people even after death”. He addressed a large gathering in Ramachandrapuram, in East Godavari district on Thursday.

He introduced Pinepe Viswaroop as the Lok Sabha candidate for Amalapuram and Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose as the nominee for Ramachandrapuram Assembly seat. The YSRCP leader promised to build 10 lakh houses in each of five years, at least one lakh more than his late father, who was instrumental in the construction of 48 lakh houses during his five-year tenure. He advocated the need for a university and an airport in each Seemandhra district. A bigger mega city could be built in Seemandhra in five-10 years.
