Harish Rao, Ponnala play open-close gameHyderabad: Early on Friday, the Telangana PCC Chief Ponnala Lakshmaiah said that his party will mull over merger if TRS comes forward with a pitch. He addressed the media after arriving in Hyderabad and said that presently discussions on CPI-Congress electoral coalition was going on and Congress Party decided to give one MP seat and eight Assembly seats to CPI in Telangana. Further, he said that the discussions were going on; very soon the discussions will come to end.

Conversely, the TRS senior leader Harish Rao reiterated that there will be no merger or alliance with Congress party. Congress leaders are trying to deceive the public by playing mere mind games on merger. Further, he said that all the doors for merge with Congress have been closed. TRS will go alone in the elections, added Harish Rao. He expressed hope that TRS would win the majority seats in looming ZPTC and MPTC elections.

In response to Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena party, Harish Rao said that it was a normal thing for Chiranjevi's family to float a party and struck deals with other parties.
