Hyderabad: Early on Tuesday, a van clouted a stationary lorry parked by the side of the road near Bodduvanipalem of Parisapadu mandal in Prakasam district. In this fatal accident two persons were killed on the spot while two other sustained severe injuries. The condition of the injured is reportedly very critical. The duo has been rushed to a nearby hospital for the treatment. The police reached the spot and booked a case. They have been investigating the case. More details are awaited on the matter.
Recently, the number of road accidents happening is at their high. The most probable reason for the same is over speeding on the open roads. Without expecting the possibility of the sudden movements of people, vehicles and animals, the riders drive rather at a high speed causing the untoward incidents.
