Chaos ruled Narsipatnam counting centre when an unexpected guest arrived at the scene. Yes! A snake entered the block that made the election officials counting votes run for help. However, there was no untoward incident reported. The officials locked the room for a while and rushed out till the rescue team arrived to drive the snake out.

Latest reports coming in suggests that the situation is under control and the counting is going on peacefully in Narsipatnam constituency. Counting of votes in underway in the centres-Makavarapalem, Kotavurutla, S. Rayavaram, Nakkapally says sources.

Money found in ballot box:

In one of the counting centers at Karrpalem of Guntur district, a ten rupee note was found in the ballot box. It was learnt that the note was folded inside the voting slip and was dropped in the ballot box.
