Goods Train Derails in Visakhapatnam. On Thursday morning, a goods train toeing the diesel loaded tankers which were on its way from Visakhapatnam to Ramagundam got derailed near 45th ward at Sindhiya in Visakhaptanam.
Visakhapatnam: On Thursday morning, a goods train toeing the diesel loaded tankers which were on its way from Visakhapatnam to Ramagundam got derailed near 45th ward at Sindhiya in Visakhaptanam. This incident occurred near to Meghadigadra naval dockyard. A diesel container bogie overturned fully and few other bogies derailed from the track, in this incident. The officials have rushed the spot and undertook the rescue measures. Neither loss of life nor any cases of injuries has been reported in this incident. Yet, the oil leaked from the overturned tank gives the preliminary evidence for a heavy loss. The reasons for the accident are yet to be known. More details are awaited.
