Krishna: Lorry hits car, 4 hurt

Early on Wednesday, on the national highway near Anasagaram of Nandigama Mandal in Krishna district, a lorry thumped a car. In this incident, four people were hurt. According to the sources, the car which was on its way to Kakinada from Hyderabad was thumped by a lorry, which was on the wrong route. In this incident G Srinivas, B Srinivas, Rajya Lakshmi and Yellamma sustained injuries. The victims have been rushed to a nearby Vijayawada hospital. The condition of the driver Srinivas is learnt to be critical. The local SI Yesu Babu reached the spot and started investigating the case. More details in the matter are awaited.
