The chief minister announced that the action plan for their development will be prepared very soon for reconstruction of schools, government buildings and other properties.

He asked the officials to prepare a final detailed presentation as the central team would be visiting Vizag on November 25, 26 and 27, to assess damages caused by Hudhud.

“Of the total first phase of relief Rs 1,000 crore announced by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, the Centre had so far released around Rs 400 crore. State government had spent close to Rs 300 crore for supply of essentials like vegetables, rice, kerosene etc during the first 10 days of Hudhud in the three districts. State government had spent few more hundreds of crores on temporary relief,” he told reporters after a review meeting with the district officials.
