3 of a family killed in car mishap
Three persons belonging to one family, including a woman, were killed in a car mishap on the national highway near Dongaravipalem in Penugonda mandal of West Godavari district on Sunday morning.

Penugonda: Three persons belonging to one family, including a woman, were killed in a car mishap on the national highway near Dongaravipalem in Penugonda mandal of West Godavari district on Sunday morning.
Two others were seriously injured in the accident. The accident happened when the driver lost control of the car and hit a road-divider while trying to avoid hitting a oncoming vehicle. Passengers in the car were going to Tadepalligudem from Visakhapatnam. The dead were identified as Challa Ganga Naidu, an employee of the King George Hospital, his wife Parvathi, and son Arun. They died on the spot of severe head injuries. The injured were Naidu’s daughter Suneetha and another person.
They were admitted to the government hospital at Tanuku.
