The proposed Justice City will house the new High Court, the residential quarters for the judges and other legal services departments. The Justice City is one of the nine internal cities to be built in the new capital to make it an international city.

The Chief Justice, along with Justice G Chandraiah and Justice Ramesh Ranganathan, visited Uddhandarayunipalem, Tallayapalem, Venkatapalem, Mandadam, Velagapudi, Malkapuram and Rayapudi villages which are part of the new capital. They also visited the site of the foundation ceremony where Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation on October 22.
