Visalandhra Book Festival from Dec 1

The 16th Visalandhra Book Festival will be conducted at the Turner’s Choultry from December 1 to 27 daily from 10.30 am to 9 pm where all books of literature will be available, said Visalandhra Book House manager P A Raju.

He said here on Sunday that the festival would be inaugurated by Andhra University Vice-Chancellor Prof G S N Raju. Treasurer of Visalandhra Vignana Samiti J V Satyanarayana Murty, MLA Vasupalli Ganesh Kumar, Arasam Visakha district president Prof Chandu Subba Rao, noted poet Ramatheertha, chairman of Saipuja Foundation Vanapalli Ravikumar and others would participate.
He urged the book lovers, poets, writers, students and teachers to visit the festival. UJF president M R N Varma and Vizianagaram branch manager Ibrahim were also present.
