Master Minds donate 1.85 lakh to cow protection centers
Renowned educational institution Master Minds donated Rs 1.85 lakh to three cow protection centers in the district on April 9 and the institution’s chairman Mattupalli Siva Prasad presented cheques for the amount to representatives of the centers. Of all charities the charity made to cows is pious, the chairman said.

Later talking to media, institute’s director Mattupalli Mohan said that Gods reside in various limbs of cow. Therefore, it is the bounden duty of all to protect cows. Hindus regard the cow as pious and making circumambulation to cows absolve people of their sins. Extending charity to cow protection centers as part of its social service activities by the institute was a long-established tradition, he said.
According to break-up, the cow protection center at Nehru Nagar was given a charity of Rs.1.30 lakh, while the other at Arandalpet Astalakshmi cow protection center was given a charity of Rs 25,000 and the cow protection center at Sri Krishnananda Swamy Ashram at Mangalagiri was given a charity of Rs 30,000.
