people, who are involved in making illicit liquor, have been provided with financial support for their livelihood so that they may not re-
enter into the profession.
The Minister said that people are making illicit liquor in 18 villages that spread across 6 mandals in the district.
He pointed out Kapparallatippa village was found to be the centre point for purchase and marketing of ID liquor. Brewing of illicit liquor
is also rampant in Venkatagiri mandal, he said.
Later, Kollu Ravindra participated in a soak pit digging programme at BV Nagar in city.
