Vizag is my ‘Karmabhoomi’, says ex-CMD of RINL
Chairman and Managing Director of RINL P Madhusudan released a book “Religion, Science and Society” authored by Dr BN Singh, former CMD of RINL, at a function in Ukkunagaram on Saturday. Singh was responsible for turnaround of the steel plant when it was about to be referred to BIFR.

Visakhapatnam: Chairman and Managing Director of RINL P Madhusudan released a book “Religion, Science and Society” authored by Dr BN Singh, former CMD of RINL, at a function in Ukkunagaram on Saturday. Singh was responsible for turnaround of the steel plant when it was about to be referred to BIFR.
Addressing a huge gathering of VSP employees, Dr BN Singh said that his association with VSP gave immense satisfaction and self respect. “That’s why I always consider Vizag as my ‘Karmabhoomi’, he said amidst applause. Working in a public sector gives self respect than in a private sector, he stated and added that integrity, honesty would certainly lead to prosperity of the company. Dr Singh said that he was inspired to author the book which dealt with the present social problems relating to religion and how science is undermined when in conflicts with the religious beliefs.
Religion and science should go hand in hand for the prosperity of the society, he mentioned. He declared that the book is dedicated to the poor people of the society at large.
