MG Mall to open soon in Nellore
Nellore city, the mall is designed over a space of 3,20,000 square feet with 2 basement parking spaces, with a cost of Rs 210 crore. The mall will encompass a variety of retail outlets featuring different brands, apparel, food court, games and movies.
Nellore: MG Brothers, a well-known brand in Andhra Pradesh, is opening ‘MGB Felicity Mall’ in Nellore soon. The mall—the first of its kind in Nellore and the biggest in Andhra Pradesh- will provide the ultimate leisure, entertainment and shopping destination for denizens. Located at the heart of Nellore city, the mall is designed over a space of 3,20,000 square feet with 2 basement parking spaces, with a cost of Rs 210 crore. The mall will encompass a variety of retail outlets featuring different brands, apparel, food court, games and movies.
This will also include many national and multinational brands that will be signing up their presence for the first time in Andhra Pradesh. The mall will provide direct and indirect employment to 1,200 persons. The MG Brothers was established at Kurnool in 1948 and its annual turnover is Rs 500 crore.
