It expressed its concern while stating that the SP at Srikakulam had beaten up and detained three of their functionaries and members till late on Thursday night based on a false complaint lodged by Geno (a Pharmaceutical company). They wrote a letter to Home Minister N Chinarajappa here on Friday.
Anantapur: The Andhra Pradesh Medical and Sales Representative’s Union (APMSRU) condemned police action against three of its members in Srikakulam district.
It expressed its concern while stating that the SP at Srikakulam had beaten up and detained three of their functionaries and members till late on Thursday night based on a false complaint lodged by Geno (a Pharmaceutical company). They wrote a letter to Home Minister N Chinarajappa here on Friday.
When we were struggling against non-payment of wages, not continuing employment of the sales promotion employees, Geno Management instead of addressing the core issues is trying to adopt to repressive measures through false police complaints,”the union said. The union criticised the action of the SP and demanded the arrest of the management of Geno.
