Eluru: A 45-year-old unknown person was murdered and his body was found hanging from a tree in the forest area of Munjuluru village in Buttayagudem Agency mandal of West Godavari district. The incident came to light on Tuesday when some villagers found his body in the forest area.According to police, on based on a complaint from the villagers, they went to the forest area in Munjuluru in Buttayagudem mandal and found the person hanging from the tree.
The police suspect that he might be murdered by miscreants and his body was hanged from the tree. They could not ascertain his identity and suspected that he might be killed two days ago However, the villagers suspect that he was a cashew nut trader who came to this area to purchase cashew nuts. Buttayagudem police registered a case as a suspicious death and took up investigation.
