TDP leader and MLA N Balakrishna's rival Naveen Nischal vowed he will tonsure his head half if he did not win the election against the Telugu film hero turned political leader from Hindupuram assembly constituency.
Naveen alleged Balakrishna deceived people by not fulfilling even a single promise made in 2014 elections. People were also vexed with the MLA's attitude and his failures in public life.
He said APCC President Raghueveera Reddy obstructed the Congress in alloting the ticket to him in 2009 election. He is also ready to contest 2019 election on behalf of YSR Congress and defeat Balakrishna. If failed, he will tonsure his head and half.
