School organises cleanliness rally
Students of Sri Adarsha School organised cleanliness awareness rally in the city with placards here on Tuesday, with a quotation that read, \'Parisarala parisubrata pragatiki sopanam\'.
Rajamahendravaram: Students of Sri Adarsha School organised cleanliness awareness rally in the city with placards here on Tuesday, with a quotation that read, 'Parisarala parisubrata pragatiki sopanam'.
The rally started from the school in Danavaipeta, passed through main road, Devi Chowk and Prakash Nagar, and finally concluded at the school. Inaugurating the rally, school correspondent Medapati Srinivasa Reddy said that they were organising multiple programmes emphasising on the importance of cleanliness and greenery in the city. Plans were afoot to conduct more programmes in the ensuing days.
“The school management is putting efforts to inculcate the habit of cleanliness among students, which is the need of the hour,” he added. School principal K Ramadevi, director Adiraju, students, teaching and non-teaching staff participated in the rally.
