AP bags national award for best infrastructure
Atal Shastra Markenomy Energia, a national renowned NGO, has selected AP for prestigious national award of “Most and best infrastructure excellent state in India” for its efforts in power sector.
Amaravati: Atal Shastra Markenomy Energia, a national renowned NGO, has selected AP for prestigious national award of “Most and best infrastructure excellent state in India” for its efforts in power sector.
The NGO also selected K Vijayanand, principal secretary to IT and CMD of AP Transco and MD of AP Genco for the national award of “Markenomy Persona of the decade” for his contribution in development of AP power sector by providing qualitative power supply and infrastructural development.
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu expressed his happiness over winning the prestigious national award for the state and congratulated K Vijayanand.
The NGO has sent the award through a special messenger to the government as the Vijayanand could not attend to the award ceremony due to his busy schedule. The Chief Minister presented the award to Vijayanand at Secretariat on Wednesday.
